Core Scientific to acquire bitcoin miner Polaris in $421M AI data center deal
Core Scientific announced the acquisition of bitcoin miner Polaris for $421 million. Polaris operates a 40-acre energized data center campus in Oklahoma with 40 megawatts of contracted power through Oklahoma Gas & Electric.
