Apple Agrees to $250M Settlement Over Misleading AI Feature Claims
Apple has agreed to pay $250 million to settle a class-action lawsuit alleging the company misled iPhone buyers about the availability of its Apple Intelligence AI features. The lawsuit claimed that Apple marketed the iPhone 16 with promises of advanced AI capabilities that were not available at the time of purchase.
