India's Sun Pharma to Acquire US Firm Organon in $11.75 Billion Deal
India’s largest pharmaceutical company Sun Pharmaceutical announced the acquisition of US drugmaker Organon for $11.75 billion, one of the largest overseas acquisitions in Indian pharma history.
