DOJ Says Yale Medical School Discriminated Against Asian, White Applicants
The US Department of Justice has found that Yale School of Medicine discriminated against Asian and White applicants in its admissions process. This follows the Supreme Court’s ruling limiting affirmative action in college admissions.
The DOJ said Yale’s admissions policies unfairly reduced the chances of Asian and White applicants being accepted. The university has not yet issued a detailed response.
